I was glad to see more views of the car and the quality of the pictures was much better too. Even though it was over an hour away from our house, we decided to go in for a test drive. Mike had the car ready for us when we got there and even though he was running late that morning, his co-workers were all very friendly and helpful with setting us up for the test drive. I feel we were given a fair trade-in price on our vehicle and Scot was able to get us a great rate for a loan. In the showroom Mike was knowlegable about the car, set up a test drive quickly, answered any questions I had. He worked with me for a trade in that I could live with. I never felt pressured to hurry up and decide. It was just about closing time when I agreed to purchase the car. Mike COULD have told me that they would prep the car and I could pick it up the next day but instead, he got everyone working so I could have my car that night. Service must have had to hustle to get that car ready but they did it. Mike let me know every step of the purchase process and how long it would take. He stayed after the dealership had locked up and gone home in order to show me everything in the car and be sure I was comfortable before I drove off.
