Slow but fair I had an 8am appt. I arrived 5 min. early as the 2nd customer. It wasn’t until after I complained (at approx. 10:15am) about others that arrived after I had an 8am appt. I arrived 5 min. early as the 2nd customer. It wasn’t until after I complained (at approx. 10:15am) about others that arrived after me, was serviced and gone, that things began to get moving with my vehicle. My vehicle was ready approx. 11:10am. It wasn’t washed due to the long wait, but the positive in the matter is the service was free because of the wait, but I didn’t get any paperwork to prove my maintenance service (so I hope it’s on record). The only reason I didn’t give them 3 stars or less is because they attempted to rectify the situation in the end. Good job. More

Poor service I gave Merc cla 250 for service , which I brought it from Brickell luxury motors 9 months ago. Firth point - I asked him to change wipers , he change I gave Merc cla 250 for service , which I brought it from Brickell luxury motors 9 months ago. Firth point - I asked him to change wipers , he changed with some other cheap quality wipers , which is not working properly at all , i realized that next day I was traveling to Tampa , Second point - they charged me $700 for service , but they haven’t washed my car , amazing guys 👏 in fact I see oil marks on rear windows More

Went in with an issue and they got to it right away. They gave me a loaner vehicle quick and easy. The problem got fixed and I’m back in my vehicle now. The service advisor that attended me was Carlos Blanco. Very cool guy. He was very helpful and understanding and would always keep me updated on my vehicle’s servicing process. More

Quick and helpful Quick and helpful. Mario helped get me service plan that wasn’t in my contract when I signed it. Finance took weeks to deliver lease payoff to deale Quick and helpful. Mario helped get me service plan that wasn’t in my contract when I signed it. Finance took weeks to deliver lease payoff to dealership and eventually wrote me a check I had to pick up in person. Lease payoff wasn’t explained well. It was supposed to be payed by dealership as incentive to purchase vehicle. They put lease payoff on top of my principlal amount and into my loan, so I am financing it and paying for it myself. I could have paid myself and avoided tax and interest. I got late fees from dealership that never received lease payoff until I paid them personally and picked up check in person. More
