No customer service and the dealershsio doesn’t go above and beyond for customers . They wouldn’t even glue a piece of plastic back on with 2 sided tape that was peeling off a 2021 truck , and the tailgate and beyond for customers . They wouldn’t even glue a piece of plastic back on with 2 sided tape that was peeling off a 2021 truck , and the tailgate release button is falling apart , which on a 3 year old truck shouldn't be happening. I have another car that’s a 2000 and has no defective parts . Sad coming from a dealership that owns a whole group of different brands in their Murgado Auto group of dealerships , goes to show you that the small dealerships and mom and pop places always beat out the corporate places in personal customer service and hospitality . I’ll buy my next vehicle in New York where I’ve never had a problem, Miami is just a dump , always was always will be , and the Murgado auto group, Brickell gmc is just fancy mirrors and a fancy building with unprofessional workers that don’t give a crap , fancy suits don’t impress me , customer service and quality care goes a lot further . My next call and email review will be to corporate to discuss this matter , as this isn’t my first bad experience with this dealership . More

Terrible service. Had my truck for 2 weeks before the even ran the diagnostic (which I dont think they ever completed). Refused to give me a loaner. They replaced a module ($1800), without addressing the primary electrical issue (again, I don’t believe a full diagnostic was completed). When I did finally get the truck back, it ran for 3 days and then the problem persisted. When I asked to bring it back in and have the work completed, but requested a loaner vehicle, they refused again. Had they simply offered me a loaner vehicle, I would have been ok. That said, I have taken my truck to a Chevy dealership, and they completed a diagnostic in 3 days, and have identified the root cause of the issue (which is under warranty), and have resolved the issue. I have now spent $1800 on an unnecessary part replacement, and over $2000 on rentals. I made it very clear to my service consultant that I would be traveling for a 8 days when I dropped the truck off originally. I began reaching out to her 4 days before my return, and the diagnostic had not been completed. I reached out again daily, with the same response. By the time I returned, 8 days later, the diagnostic had not been completed, and I was forced to rent a car. Again, I don’t believe a full diagnostic was ever completed, and the replacement part was a “best guess” by the technician. I recently moved to Miami, and this was my first experience with Brickell. I have purchased & leased multiple GMC’s from my primary dealership (Schumacher Buick) in Palm Beach (who are wonderful), but I will never step foot in Brickell again. More
