Went in for my car very first service. And was very nervous because wife has a Hyundai and we always get disappointed when she goes in for service . The wonderful lady at the desk explained to me how to use my GMC credit card rewards points and also informed me that this service was free . Best experience. When the wife’s car lease is up . I’m definitely going to try and convince her to move over to GMC . More

I made an appointment. Upon arrival I was met with a service representative, that could not speak English. We tried our best to communicate. I left my car to have the recal Upon arrival I was met with a service representative, that could not speak English. We tried our best to communicate. I left my car to have the recall work done, but was not clear what was going to get done. They called me back 40 minutes later, that the car was finished. I went to pick up the car and never signed any paperwork or received a receipt, the service rep did not speak English, so I gave up trying to understand. On my ride home the airbag light went on again. The recall was obviously not fixed. A complete waste of a day and of my time . I called the dealership the next day to speak to the service manager, it’s been over a week and I have still not received a callback. I will not go back to this dealer again. More
