I took my car for a new battery, noise, and a/c. I received a text that my car was ready. I paid my crazy 3k bill and after I paid I was told I would have no a/c. What??? I have to wait for a part. The mechanic told me everything on my bill was done and they were waiting for another part that was covered. I get in the car and there was still a noise and the air is boiling. It was worse! I called from the lot and they mechanic was not aware of any noise even though it’s on the bill as fixed. They told me they would call me when the party came in. I was really upset bc I paid 3k! Why would they call me and tell me it’s fixed and leave out that the problem I brought it in for is not fixed. They never even gave me a written estimate! Even when I requested one. Instead they had the mechanic call! I wanted a written estimate so I would not be slapped with a crazy bill like Upwards of 1k in labor for a part that cost 200$ or being charged a full hour of labor on a battery that if it were under warranty the warranty would pay .2 to.5 in labor but I’m being charged a full hour. I have also caught them in various lies. Onyx was supposed to contact me about the price. I took back the car bc I got home and my daughter was sweaty and red. I have pictures. They gave me a loaner with someone else’s wallet, charger, cellphone, and contract with all his personal info. They sent some car service to pick up the wallet which I feel is not protecting the other guys personal info. Then they sold my loaner and I had to spent time at work taking my things out of the loaner so they can change it. To say this is a nightmare is an understatement. This place it’s totally unprofessional and overcharges! My biggest thing is why I was not sent a written estimate when I requested one. At this point I want my money back and want to go to a different dealer since what they charged me for to supposedly fix the problem did not fix it at all. The mechanic says they are waiting for a module and that everything else is done Andi none of that fixed my problem! After I took it home two new lights that have NEVER lit up started to light up. What did they do to my car? I’ve also had non stop sales people calling me while I’m at work to make an appointment to bring my car in. Um, it’s already there. Many also lying saying I had an appointment to bring my car in! No! My car is already there! I still do not have my car and it has the same problem as day 1 even though they made me pay before telling me it’s not fixed! More
