Horable service. They said they let me know in one hour…two hours later i walked back in and was told car needs servicing but system down…no price or estimate but she They said they let me know in one hour…two hours later i walked back in and was told car needs servicing but system down…no price or estimate but she expected me to just leave it there with a blank check???? Visiting a dealership has been a stress trigger for me in the past however since visiting Brickell Buick I have finally found a dealer I feel I can trust. The service department has been amazing. I'd neve the past however since visiting Brickell Buick I have finally found a dealer I feel I can trust. The service department has been amazing. I'd never seen a woman service advisor. Yesenia is professional and courteous. And to top it off Onix the manager made himself visible and attentive to all the visitors including myself. Brickell Buick exceeded my expectations. More
