I don't even know where to begin regarding my disgust with this place! Let's start by never being able to get anyone on the phone, especially my service rep who's name is Jonathan Diaz. I could not coun with this place! Let's start by never being able to get anyone on the phone, especially my service rep who's name is Jonathan Diaz. I could not count how many times that a message was taken for a return call that I NEVER received so I finally got angry enough and popped up over to meet with Jonathan upon his arrival to work. I could not believe that it took for me to physically show up over there just to a get a ball rolling into the Fine Mess that resulted. So I went in to learn that my warranty would not cover what was wrong with my car and the total to fix my car out of pocket would be $3000, which is more than I paid for the car but I didn't trip because it's the dealer and I would have some sort of warranty on the work that was being done. I didn't have all of the money upfront so Jonathan offered and assisted me with obtaining financing for the needed repairs. I spent nearly half of a day on March 18, 2022, at Brickell, with Jonathan getting set up with Sunbit and Dignify which are companies that allow you to finance car repairs. It turned out that in order for me to obtain $1000 in credit from Sunbit, $400 was needed upfront. I did that. Now at this point, I have given/signed to give Brickell GMC a total of $3000 and the balance would be paid upon completion. No work was ever done on my car for whatever reason. I am now due a refund. I am calling to Sunbit and Dignify inquiring about my refund and I was told, that full payment was sent to Brickell GMC the same day the work was completed. I am so confused on how Brickell GMC received payments for work that was never done. Between Jonathan, the reps at Sunbit, the reps at Dignify, I am nearly suicidal with the disgust and if I didn't think that suing you all for the neo lithic incompetence in which my situation was handled would interfere with weed smoking I love to do , I would. So I will just use this review to tell the 3 of you collectively, to kiss my hot grits for taking advantage of me and 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix!! Jonathan did provide me a ride with Alto on 2 occasions although I believe that fee was deducted from my refund.. I did not request any resolution. My issues can no longer be fixed. I don't even own the car anymore. I just want to move on from this unfortunate encounter. More
