Great customer service by Jonathan the service advisor. Excellent diagnostic at the first time by Ralph Rodriguez the mecanic, vehicle was ready in less than 24 hours even though it was a huge engine job. I was taken advantage of and charged 6. 5 hours for a part they had for 4 hours. The cost of labor does not match the quality of work if they need more than two times the labor hours for ins 5 hours for a part they had for 4 hours.
