Waiting time was long. Appt for 8:30 am arrived 8:30 and finished at 11:45 am. More than 3 hours waiting. After getting the car no report was given to me I need to ask for report! With every service they finished at 11:45 am. More than 3 hours waiting. After getting the car no report was given to me I need to ask for report! With every service they do a check of the car and no report was given to me. Need to ask for report and that added like 20 more min. Not sure if they were creating the repor at that time. Also have a chat with Sales and Ruy Marcell is always amazing. His customer service skills are beyond this world. I’m very happy and will continue going to gmc thanks to the great experience working with Ruy. More
