Friendly and professional staff. Price was too high. I was quoted a price on a piece of paper ended up being $300 more. I questioned the price and was not provided a satisfactory answer. The manager came over and spoke with the rep in Spanish and walked away. I asked to see the document that had the lower price but was not provided the original document. Usually estimates are written on a document that you sign prior to service repair. I paid $1200 for starter and oil change. $675 labor for about $2 hours of work. The rate per hour is$229. In Mich the rate is 159 Buick dealership. I am visiting Miami and needed my car repaired and had no choice but to pay it. I was also advised that I needed break pads and rotor for about $400 this price was also on the original paper that I never saw again. . The young lady hand wrote the price on the back of my receipt. It did not say labor was included but she verbally told me it was. I was considering coming back to have the additional service but changed my mine. Although everyone was friendly my trust is not there. I think I was over charged. Sorry but I will not be coming back. More

Waiting time was long. Appt for 8:30 am arrived 8:30 and finished at 11:45 am. More than 3 hours waiting. After getting the car no report was given to me I need to ask for report! With every service they finished at 11:45 am. More than 3 hours waiting. After getting the car no report was given to me I need to ask for report! With every service they do a check of the car and no report was given to me. Need to ask for report and that added like 20 more min. Not sure if they were creating the repor at that time. Also have a chat with Sales and Ruy Marcell is always amazing. His customer service skills are beyond this world.
