Buyer beware, these guys are a joke with customer service once you sign on the dotted line. I purchased a vehicle from them, I'm from out of state, 4 months later, I still do not have my registration, Capit once you sign on the dotted line. Management refuse to speak to me, the 2 people I have gotten through too have all had different lies. I have the paperwork to back all of this up. They have my money and dont care, wont answer and wont provide any proof that registration has been submitted even though I was charged a total of $1500 worth of registration fees More

Unfortunately, this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had—and it is still ongoing. From the beginning, the process was plagued with misinformation. The original salesman repeatedly provided inaccurate details about both the vehicle and my trade-in, which ultimately required us to switch salesmen due to the false information. Because this was an out-of-state purchase, we hired a transportation carrier to pick up the vehicle. On the morning of pickup, the dealership canceled with the carrier, claiming no payment had been received—despite payment having been completed and documented. As a result, we were charged a cancellation and rescheduling fee. The sales representative confirmed (with documentation) that the dealership would reimburse this cost. That refund was never issued. I was later told directly by the salesman that a check had been mailed—another false statement. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was in non-working condition. The car would not turn on, and all fuses were broken. This was a 2025 vehicle with only 50 miles on it. The dealership refused to take any accountability, and the vehicle had to be towed to the nearest dealership for service. Now, over two months later, we still have not received our registration or permanent plates. Temporary plates were issued, but once they expired, no one from the dealership would respond or return calls to issue updated ones. As a result, we have been unable to legally drive our vehicle for days. I have extensive documentation, including call logs, emails, and confirmations, all showing repeated attempts to contact the dealership with zero response. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare—from dishonesty and poor communication to a complete lack of accountability. I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to do their due diligence and take their business elsewhere. More

Terrible buying experience as most dealers they lie to make you purchase the vehicle; then all promises are broken. I recently purchase a used BMW X1, and after two days of driving the car my son realized make you purchase the vehicle; then all promises are broken. I recently purchase a used BMW X1, and after two days of driving the car my son realized something was wrong with the brakes. Well, happened that the brakes went bad on the car and after calling the service department at the dealer in order to claim a supposed extended warranty on the car the service department just stated that it did not have appointments available at the time and for me to call next week to see if the could accommodate us. Since; it was a safety issue I took the car to a local shop and fixed the break system. I did save the bill as to place the claim at the dealer trough the warranty. Long story short my husband went to the dealer and they just made fun of him for being so naive as to believe in the word of a used car salesman. The told him that the warranty activates 30 days after the purchase and that it was not active yet. Moral of the story don’t buy any car from this dealer new or used. Simply terrible customer service. More
