I would say I had a great experience by phone before ever being to the dealership. Then when I arrived they show me the lowest end floor model as a loaner for that price discussed as a new vehicle and wrong being to the dealership. Then when I arrived they show me the lowest end floor model as a loaner for that price discussed as a new vehicle and wrong trim level we discussed as well. Then going over finance options and other vehicle prices, they had them all taxed extremely high and wrote me off as a sucker to come in and buy their loaner. Then the car had a couple lights come on same day leaving the dealership and they told me that it’s normal for check engine lights to come on and off as well as cruise control to stop working on me and have that light come on as well. More
