I received an offer for a free oil change. When I went to the dealer to redeem it, I made it clear that my car requires only full synthetic oil. They assured me they would use full synthetic. However, when the service was completed, the invoice listed “synthetic blend.” I asked why, and the employee told me they did use full synthetic, but wrote “synthetic blend” on the invoice for internal purposes. Now I’m unsure if that’s true. More
