Just your typical fast talking used car salesmen. I bought a truck that drove fine at 20 to 30 MPH, but when I went to drive it home on 836 highway, at about 45 to 50 MPH, the transmission was shot. This started March 12 and today is April 14 and still not fixed. They said it’ has a 10 year, 100k warranty on the drive train and I have the paperwork, but well over a month and still haven’t got my truck back. I would never go back to Brickell Motors and am sorry that’s where I ended up. Buyer beware. Lying fraudsters. More

The service was amazing. I had preselected the car I was interested in and when I arrived they had it ready for me on the drive so I can test drive. The dealership was nice and well kept but the staff there and their attention is not good. We were sitting at the dealer for almost 2 hours waiting to be helped and when we followed up with someone they had and their attention is not good.
