Very disappointed that they never fixed my recall. Service said they would order parts and I have been waiting for over three weeks for them to complete the work. When I call they claim there is no one who can speak to me, and they have never returned my call. It is dangerous that they will not fix a serious recall. Funny thing, they keep calling and texting me to sell them my Honda Fit. Unethical and probably illegal behavior from service! More
