We were told at signing that the vehicle’s second key was available but locked across the street and we could pick it up the next day. When we followed up we were told it was mistaken with another vehicle’s available but locked across the street and we could pick it up the next day. We never would have purchased that day if we were told there was only one key. We feel cheated. More

The dealership was extremely busy, so keep that in mind. At one point, I could not find Antoinette to get an update, but our car appeared to have been already evaluated. We waited quite a while from that point before I was able to find her to tell her that we did want the work done. Once approved, it was quickly done, but we probably waited an additional 60-90 minutes between when the car had been evaluated and when the did the work. We greatly appreciate getting the work done, but it could've been done more quickly if communication hadn't stalled. More
