They made me pay an extra monthly payment when my lease ended( for 3 years payments on time). My balnce on that lease was $0 on Feb 2023.I purchased the vehicle on 3/14/23, and according to Honda financing ended( for 3 years payments on time). My balnce on that lease was $0 on Feb 2023.I purchased the vehicle on 3/14/23, and according to Honda financing which they have been calling me threatening to send to collection because the haven't received the last payment. The dealer ( which I had been calling for 5 days straight multiple time living voice-mail and they do not call back) hasn't sent the proper paperwork to let them know that the vehicle has been purchased with BOA More

We were told at signing that the vehicle’s second key was available but locked across the street and we could pick it up the next day. When we followed up we were told it was mistaken with another vehicle’s available but locked across the street and we could pick it up the next day. When we followed up we were told it was mistaken with another vehicle’s key and they aren’t sure there is a second one. A second key for a Maserati is over $1,600. We never would have purchased that day if we were told there was only one key. We feel cheated. More
