Scheduled appointment online for first thing in morning. When i got there they promptly received my car and ordered a lyft to take me home. Two hours later, I got a call with the things and tuning my car ne When i got there they promptly received my car and ordered a lyft to take me home. Two hours later, I got a call with the things and tuning my car needed, we agreed on how to proceed. I picked up the car by end of day and it is much improved. Very happy with the overall service. I waited 7 hours for a tow truck. No estimated time of arrivals and non present pick up wasn’t offered to me until hour 7. Until the guy was already on his way. The person who picked up my car was super c arrivals and non present pick up wasn’t offered to me until hour 7. Until the guy was already on his way. The person who picked up my car was super communicative and helpful but that wasn’t until literally 8 hours later. I had a lady on the phone that literally could not explain to me why the keys had to be with the car. Phone service with almost everyone I talked to was almost useless. More
