They are disorganized and put little effort in customer service. My experience for an oil change included mix-ups with appointment booking on their end, unhappy workers who don’t even greet the customers service. Bait and switch service “specials”… don’t tell you until you get there the meaning of the small print because no one from the service department will call you back. Turns out the Brake Pad Special is $119.9 you get there the meaning of the small print because no one from the service department will call you back. Turns out the Brake Pad Special is $119.95 plus shop fees and taxes for after market pads without rotor resurfacing. If you need rotors resurfaced it’s another $80 plus tax and shop fees… if you want OEM pads and your rotors need resurfacing it’s $329 plus… Bottom line… you get drawn in by specials that aren’t so special. I’ll go back to Braman Honda where they don’t use gimmicks to get customers. More
