I explicity stated that I wanted the inspection of the car. Numerous invidiuals that i spoke with stated that I would not be charged as the first inspection was complimentary. My car is brand new and only car. Numerous invidiuals that i spoke with stated that I would not be charged as the first inspection was complimentary. My car is brand new and only has 3300 miles on it. After 3.5 hours, the dealership called me to say the car was ready. So I came back to the car to check on it and it was still not ready. I had to wait another hour for the car. Then I was told that I owed $52 for changing the oil on the car. 1) I told them do not do anything to the car without asking me first. 2) With 3300 miles ,the oil on the car didn't need to be changed. Absolute terrible service. This is the second and last time that I ever go back this honda dealership. Would not reccomend to anyone. More
