My initial request for a quotation (June 30, 2009) on the desired vehicle was answered within a few hours. Prior to receiving the quote by email, Mr. Negreira contacted me via telephone to discuss my options and to ensure that he would be sentitive to my requirements. He was quite courteous and professional. I decided to purchase the vehicle on July 03, 2009. Mr. Negreira sent me all the documentation electronically for review prior to confirming the purchase. On my arrival at the dealership everthing was in place for a smooth and hassle free transaction. The truck was not available at the dealership on July 03, 2009. On July 04, 2009, Mr. Negreira personally picked me up at my home, approx 20 miles from the Brickell Honda dealership. On my arrival a the dealership the truck was prepared and ready for delivery. In addition to the great service, Brickell Honda provided the most competitive pricing for the vehicle of four Miami / Fort Lauderdale area Honda dealers.
