My salesman was inattentive and scrambling everywhere with multiple customers, spending little time with each, just like all the other salesmen. He did not have the car key for the vehicle that I wanted to buy. He told me that I would have to come back another day to purchase the vehicle, knowing that I made a two-hour drive from Fort Myers, Fl to Miami, Fl. I was then transferred to Many Cortes, a Senior Sales Consultant. He was very nice, at first. He made many broken promises. He said: "I promise I will do something special for you at the end." I got nothing. I ended up making the final deal with him. After reviewing the online listed price for the certified pre-owned vehicle, I was told by Many that the certified pre-owned protection was an option and would need to be purchased on top of the listed online "certified pre-owned price." I was told the vehicle will be shipped to my house when the key was made for the very next day. When signing the final papers, Grethel Molina, the Finance Manager, was ignorant and barely spoke English. She was unprofessional because she forgot to give me copies of the paperwork until I asked and gave me a copy of some paperwork that she needed to finalize the sale. She called me the next day so she could ship me another copy for myself to sign and send back. How could one forget a vital part of their job? Every step of this journey was a nightmare! More
