I have been a Honda customer for 7 years, I had appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:15 and I left Brickel Honda Service Center at 13:45 I only changed Oil The gentleman who attended me said “ appointment at 10:30. I arrived at 10:15 and I left Brickel Honda Service Center at 13:45 I only changed Oil The gentleman who attended me said “you got your appointment today? I said yes, he said you have to wait” “your phone number is wrong, I just change it” I wonder myself, how Honda called me and sent me messages and I got them? “.
