Brake service was done incorrectly, brought the car weeks later because brakes are noisy. When they checked it the service was not performed the first time the car was there. The service manager is a very rude person, I had an appointment, I drove about 15 miles, I only worked half a day and when I arrived he told me that he couldn't help me and he didn't even apologize.
