I asked Miguel to apply a coupon that I saw on the website for an oil change that I wanted to get with my service. He told me I would have to find the coupon and show it to him before he would apply i website for an oil change that I wanted to get with my service. He told me I would have to find the coupon and show it to him before he would apply it. I told him it was on the website when I logged in to make the appointment and he told me he did not know anything about it and I would have to find it for him to apply it. Then when I was having trouble finding the coupon on my phone he showed me where I could find the coupon and he was able to apply it. I would think that a service employee would know what specials the dealership was running and actually be more helpful in applying the discounts on behalf of the customer. I understand that it cuts into his commission however if the dealership is offering a price reduction it should be honored. More
