Literally have to miss a day of work to get an oil change at Honda. They do a good job for the most part, but the wait almost overshadows everything. More

My recent car service experience was disappointing. Right from the start, the advisor told me the wait time would be long and suggested not to schedule service appointments on Saturdays.
