The customer service at this dealership is horrible. They are never available to answer questions. They return my phone message two days after i had already picked up my vehicle. They overcharged me for a diagnosis fee that I did not know about. They were doing an oil change and I asked them to see if it was leaking anywhere or if it was just ordinary usage. That does not require any extra time. We will be finding a new dealership for our future needs. More
