Brickell Honda - Service Center

I have usually had my Honda serviced at this location, and it’s the first time I had to wait almost 30min to speak with a service advisor. Not usually the behavior exhibited at this location but then I ha and it’s the first time I had to wait almost 30min to speak with a service advisor. Not usually the behavior exhibited at this location but then I had to wait my normal 1hr plus for an oil change. The issue I found most troubling is that my vehicle tire pressure wasn’t checked and it was getting low (at 30psi when they recommend it to be at 35psi all around). When I called back to speak to an advisor over the situation, they completely dismissed the situation and made it seem as if my tire might need to be replaced. I filled it at my local gas station and pressure is good all around a week later. More
