This is the worst service ever. When i purchased the car I paid for a service plan up to 75000 miles, and they made me pay for my oil change at 55000 miles. Now they make it so difficult to get a refund , eventhough they know they made a mistake. I had an appointment at 8:30 am for a fuel pump recall and it tooknthem 4 hours to complete it. The service man said that my rear brakes needed to be changed and when i tooknthe car to my mechanic, my brakes were perfectly fine. I guess that they will tell the client anything to make a buck. Aside for an older gentleman named Carlos in the parts department i dont trust anybody at that dealership. I would rather pay for my oil changes somewhere else even though i still have 4 more with them. Thats how disgusted I am with that place. Never again will i buy a car from them. More
They Didnt solved my problem. The diagnose was pretty poor. I Believed the only guess in my issue and didnt fully scanned my car. I know honda has awesome technology.
