I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership and never had any issues with servicing any of them. This last time was a very different and quite frankly unpleasant experience. The man outside asked why I was there and I said for an oil change. He told me to park my car. I went inside and they told me for services you need to drive around. Also, there was wrapping paper on my seat and a napkin on the floor of my car when they gave me back the key. My car should be returned back the same way I gave it to you.
