the very reason i decided to buy it from honda brickell was thinking there is gonna be no hustle ,with after sales service but the reality is far from truth. It is my first car ever bought in my life. the first time i visited for service, it was a nightmare, my car was parked across the street ,when i went to pick up after service, but after waiting for 40min ,with no straight answer ,i was informed the keys were lost for the car, and the car keys were attached with my room keys, my house keys, i waited another couple of hours for a new key to be made , and after discussing with the manager ,he was polite and courteous to offer me a 200$ credit plus he said he will dispatch a locksmith to my address to help me open my house door,//or i could send him the bills for a locksmith and he would reimburse the expenses back to me .since they were lost with the car keys, however i got my house opened with the help of my landlord, and i informed the management ,the problem is been taken care of by me This is the second time i visited for service on Tuesday, while dropping my car i was asked by jermy/jerry(not very sure of the name),nice polite guy. to pay 54$ for the service, here comes the twist again... when i bought the car i was assured 2 years of free service, that was the package when i signed and bought the car the sales person-(joel) approved by the manager (juan cabrera)-very very nice person. so i tries to make jerry understand it was included for 2 years , he insisted there is no such agreement visible in records under my name. so i asked him to call a manager ,someone appeared (do not remember his name) white hair, french beard!!!!!! i tried to make him understand the situation ,but he being far from polite and courteous , insulted me by saying and i quote " you have to talk to the finance team if you want it for FREE" here i was standing ,humiliated , went to the finance head, he disowned my appeal saying we will do it this time but the next time i have to pay, no way to justify that i wasn't asking for a free service , because the sales person(joel) had quit. it is not about 54$, its not a big amount , its about the humiliation i went through. people would treat me better if i bought the car from a random garage on the streets the very reason i bought from honda was never accomplished , sad but true , by profession, i belong from a service industry myself , i know how important customer service is, unfortunately you are far from reality. md amaan mdamaan1993@gmail.com More
