Not great. When I got there nobody seems ready to take on the job. Everybody was relaxed and chatting and didn't even turn to try to help. When somebody finally helped me he was not enthusiastic or helpful but rather seemed angry. When I went to pick up my car there was something wrong with it which was on the paper but the manager couldn't seem to explain it to me and the guy who looked at my car had left which would have been fine if he would have looped in the manager so he could explain it to me. That has been the case for 2 visits now. Oh and this time, the car was wasn't working. More

Arrived early but had to wait I arrived an hour early due to having to host a conference call. I was greeted promptly and given a clipboard to sign in on. I sat down and set up my laptop for my conference call. Since I was early and started a call, I wasn't too concerned when I was not brought in to meet with a service advisor right away. However, when an hour passed and my original appointment time passed, I went into the office to see how much longer. Come to find out, my name had already been highlighted and there was no plan for anyone to come to meet with me. If I had not gone in, I would probably have been waiting until the shop closed. There was some back and forth about who crossed off my name. Apparently one of the younger service advisors was supposed to help me, so he may have been the one who crossed my name off the list, but he said he didn't. More

By the time we got to the office the paperwork was almost completed. He explained the GAP as well as the extended warranty and the advantages/benefits of such. The professionalism shown by everyone left us very happy and made us feel we had from start to finish a VIP treatment. More
