Worst experience ever Unprofessional team from sales persons to managers. Every time I came to the dealership to get things done (In which I paid for) it was an issue. I ca Unprofessional team from sales persons to managers. Every time I came to the dealership to get things done (In which I paid for) it was an issue. I came back at least 5 times just the get told to come another day, again and again. It took me over a total of 10+ times just to get one thing to me. I took me nearly 2 months just to get my dents done that was supposed to be done the following Monday after I got it. My car wasn't washed and filled with gas. I struggled to get scratches and bumper fixed, even though the agreement was written on paper, they told me they couldn't fix it. I had to reach out to a manager in person, who didn't even remember me when I walked in. Hours after I got my maintenance done, in which I ran over 1,500 past maintenance because they told they couldn't do the maintenance that I paid for, the TPS lights still popped on. There's more problems and side notes to this, but the gist of it is that this is the worst dealership to come to. i wouldn't recommend it to anybody and if I could I would return my car and never come back. More

However, we were told that it would be washed and vacuumed and it wasn’t. Other than that, the repair was for a recall so we assume all was taken care of as planned. Our advisor was friendly but it was not a warm welcome when you walked in the door for the other staff. No one really directed us for where to go or what to do. More

But the agreement was that we could return next saturday and don't appointment was needed due that only job pending was change the chip . Summary short we arrived the second time the first representative tell us that with no appointment this service can't be done. We provided explanation about why we were there and the name of the Representative that supported us on previous week but he was off. After escalation to the management and 1 hour waiting they were asking if I paid for this software change, why the software change need to be done. Finally another hour waiting to do this and my feeling was that they are doing a favor to me . Really a terrible customer experience This was or first time and will be the Iast time in this Service Center. More

Fast, Courteous Service I had to have my immobile vehicle towed to the dealership. My appointment was two hours later than when I arrived. Instead, I was seen by a service rep right away and told my car would be seen by the next available mechanic. I was out of there much sooner than expected. Everyone was friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend. More
