Difficult Purchase and long wait time I came in at 6:30pm and left at 11pm. I had to return the next day to get the new car detailed and when i received it, it was poorly washed. I had asked to hold the contract and not send to bank in order for me to get a lower interest rate with my bank. When I called Brandon he put it through with his bank and gave me a lame excuse. Also, negotiating the price was very difficult with him. He did not want to lower the price nor give me any incentives (1 year service, warranty). He also refused to give me more on my trade in vehicle which I know is worth more than what I was given. Definitely not coming back to purchase. More

It has been a month and a half since completing the arduous cancellation process (which includes getting a form notorized) and i have yet to get my full refund back More
