Never again I purchased a used car and was told that it would be detailed. Car was filthy!!! THINKING OF TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS You guys sold me a car with a open recall “which is illegal,” one after market key with no keyless entry “ come to find out that’s piss poor service o You guys sold me a car with a open recall “which is illegal,” one after market key with no keyless entry “ come to find out that’s piss poor service on you guys,” The car battery had to be replaced two weeks after buying the car “ you never considered checking the battery before selling me the car “, I complained about the tires being bald so you went ahead and replaced the tires for new ones and in doing so you broke the tire censors. So I bring the car back to you guys for the censor you tell me the car is still under factory warranty and to take it to a Toyota dealer. Which was not true because the censor was broken and covered under wear and tear. And that’s where I discovered the issue regarding the recall. At this point I’m beyond frustrated!!!! More

Aaron got me scheduled and was even excited to see my car ( 97 Miata) and Tony took care of my service needs quickly, accurately and for less than we initially discussed. Tony and Aaron are great guys and we chatted for a while as I waited for my car. They were even kind enough to share their colada with me! These two will take care of you and your car, stop by and see them for your service needs! I must say that there is another dealer closer to where I live but I will take the drive to Brickell because the customer service here is WORTH IT!! Great job guys! Did I mention they washed my car too? More
