I purchased a certified vehicle for my son with the additional warranty. Within 2 days my son made a mistake and screwed up the vehicle computer system. Brickell Mazda fixed the problem with excellen additional warranty. Within 2 days my son made a mistake and screwed up the vehicle computer system. I will recommend to all my friends and family if you're looking for a new or certified vehicle with great customer service and great prices, this is the place to be. Additionally, finance person Ashley Sanchez was GREAT.....she found the best deal and her price quote was the exact same as the bank that financed me. I have no complain on the service provided. However, Mazda has become extremely expensive with prices that are certainly off market. I was quoted over $200 to change the cabin filter and engine However, Mazda has become extremely expensive with prices that are certainly off market. I was quoted over $200 to change the cabin filter and engine filter when this is something that can be done in 15 minutes and the filters are close to $15 each. I already bought both on amazon and changed them using youtube videos. If Mazda would have provided a reasonable quote (no more than $100 for both) I would have changed it. The technician had already removed them and showed me how dirty they were so he had to put them back. In other words he did the same work he would be doing and now you have a customer who will not take his car for service to the Mazda and potentially not buy a Mazda again (this is my third Mazda). More
