I don't know what to say this time around with the service center having moved to Mazda. The service wasn't as warm as it usually has been for me. I guess with the relocation, there's a little in betw service center having moved to Mazda. The service wasn't as warm as it usually has been for me. My car wasn't washed when I picked it up & I wasn't notified with any info about that and no resolve for the missing part of the service that I was looking forward to either :( Cute cafe in the back, but..that's not why I'm there. I bought the car through online but salesperson told me the car is excellent condition but when I got the car the car has a lot of scratches and dent and also so dirty inside bad smell and inside the is fu the car is excellent condition but when I got the car the car has a lot of scratches and dent and also so dirty inside bad smell and inside the is full of Blattodea ( cockroach) it that’s why the car needs detailing an need to be clean and I was tried many times to contact with dealership but nobody care everyone ignored my call. At this dealership they are fast at selling and fast at closing, remarkable great service and attention on the financial aspect at closing, but their after-sales service and attention is deficient. It was very difficult to communicate by phone with the dealership to see if our car was ready for pickup. It took more than 8 calls and long wait times to get response. Our salesperson was rude, controversial and almost disrespectful; not the right attitude for a salesperson. First time buying Mazda and we would have cancelled our purchase if is not because we had already signed and committed financially. More
