The staff were all courteous & welcoming. Service was over all excellent but I was told there was nail on 1 of the tires & the tire need to be replaced . Fernando was an amazing service advisor, he kept me updated on everything the technician was doing to my car. He gave me a list of recommendations and went over the it and told me the ones that took pr updated on everything the technician was doing to my car. He valued my time and provided me with a loaner car when I told him I needed to head to work. He walked me out to get loaner car as well. When I arrived back the next day for my car he was welcoming and went over what was fixed. He walked me out to my car. He was understanding and I can’t say enough about him!! More
