Outstanding experience working with Howie Weiss and the - MATTHEWNJ1

Outstanding experience working with Howie Weiss and the Sales manager Craig. There was zero pressure which is a first for all the car dealerships I ever visited. They have the patience of a Saint because I can be a handful with my million questions. There was no reason to haggle a price, The price they gave me was way below the prices I came in there with ready to bargain. I have never said this before when buying a car, but can proudly say I am a very Happy Customer and I would go back again and again for all of my future purchases. Thank you so much Howie and Craig for making this process extremely and non-stressful!!!

We had the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had - LSev

We had the easiest car buying experience we’ve ever had at Global Auto Mall. Jhon Pierre was extremely pleasant to work. His patience and knowledge made the whole experience seem less and stress-free.

Today my daughter Camila went to sansone Kia to purchase - Camila

Today my daughter Camila went to sansone Kia to purchase a vehicle and was greeted by a wonderful man named Anthony…. As dealerships can normally be intimidating especially to a young woman ( dad also accompanied her). I have to say I got the pleasure of seeing the whole process via FaceTime 😂😂😂Anthony was knowledgeable warm and informative!!!! Anthony treated my daughter and husband like a friend not like a sale , he was so patient with my daughter while also guiding her the correct way into which car would be a great option. I also have to say even when my daughter made her decision she was greeted by Steven the finance manager ( absolutely amazing and down to earth). We had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing gentlemen who made the process easy breezy!!!! *** will definitely be back soon for my next vehicle can’t wait to work with Anthony and Steven again If I could rate 100 stars I would 🤗🤗🤗🤗

If you are interested in being Humiliated , ignored and - quianahatcher75

If you are interested in being Humiliated , ignored and having your name tarnished please make your way down to Gateway Kia of North Brunswick. I purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage on January 24 2026. I am a Maryland resident and purchased from Gateway due to a family member referring me. As of March 2 2026 , I still do not have plates on my vehicle. My temporary tags expired on Feb 22 2026. I contacted the dealership regarding my plates because I did not hear anything. On February 10 , they finally "supposedly " began to work on my tags and registration. My car was towed on March 1 due to my tags being expired. I then had to pay $320 to get my car returned to me and also spend additional funds to go to the tow yard. I then was told by the dealership to contact Maryland's motor Vehicle because the third party that is used for out of state tags informed them that i have an insurance hold. I contacted MVA and was informed that Gateway never sent over my trade in agreement so Maryland placed a lien hold on my account. MVA informed me that they had no record from Gateway that the car was purchased . I also was made aware that Gateway never submitted any needed documentation within the 30 day time frame . I then spoke with Ms Lisa who handles tags, she stated that she contacted the third party and they stated they have never submitted any of the needed documentation. I then had to take off of work and go to my Local MVA and provide them with the trade in agreement for the hold to be removed from my account . This entire situation has continued to be a complete nightmare and inconvenience. Lastly , I have continued attempting to contact the dealership asking to speak with the Sales Manager Anthony and I have continued to get the run around and never received a call back . This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. I love Kia overall , but after this experience i'm not really sure how long I will remain a customer. Today is March 5 and I still have not heard from any management at Gateway Kia to rectify this issue. So before you head over to Gateway Kia of North Brunswick just think to yourself if you would like to experience being lied to, ignored and humiliated. Sincerely a very Dissatisfied Customer

we bought our 2020 Kia Telluride in March, certified pre - Amperuccio3

we bought our 2020 Kia Telluride in March, certified pre owned. Joe our sales person was great, easy to work with, and responsive. (the only good part about our entire experience) since our car is a certified pre owned it's supposed to come with 2 sets of keys, which they only had one. The person handling the sale and loan (Hany) who's since quit or fired told us since we live 4.5 hours away they would send us a key and have another Kia dealership program it for us, which was also stated by Joe our sales person.. the car had been there for over a month so a extra key should have been made previously. Then our license plates expire 4/25... to which they blame on us for unpaid taxes, that wouldn't have been owed if they were registered in time as well as lapse in insurance a month later, because we had gotten a new insurance and they had the old one on file... all of these were cleared up that day with DMV, sent to the manager... with no response besides "we will call you back" which they didn't. We called every single week to a point where they were ignoring our calls and we had to call from our children's phones. (which they deny) here it is June 9th and they say i will finally have my plates tomorrow June 10th.. we shall see.. I've been driving in this car for months, with my 6 children with expired plates praying we don't get pulled over. This has been the absolute worst experience buying a car we've ever endured. stay FAR away from them!

Great Service - wonderful visit. - P Lescano

I went in for my second oil change on my lease. Jose and Jennifer are very straight forward, professional, personable and they show they care. It was a wonderful experience with a complimentary car wash inside and out !!. I also needed something from titles and Lisa was exceptional in her handling of my matter. A wonderful visit.
