Over the years I have leased a total of 5 new vehicles from this dealership,the last 3 being Nissan Rogues. This dealership is so good that I was able to conduct most of this transaction on the phone. Just outstanding! Everyone I dealt with was amazingly helpful and if I could rate them higher, I would. There were many issues that had to be addressed for me and they made it seem effortless. When I say they bent over backwards, I mean it. The price of the new car was a godsend and the selection of vehicles on hand could not be beat. Everyone, once I actually got to the dealership to pick up my new auto, was superlative and went out of their way to make cerrtain that everything was taken care of for me. This location is new (although I've purchased my previous three vehicles from their old location it is the same dealership) and it is beautiful. It is spacious; airy, attractive and comfortable. The space allows for many floor models on display. It has a very welcoming customer waiting area. The dealership is bright and beautiful which makes it a pleasure to be there. I am handicapped so, believe me, it is difficult for me to get anywhere; for me to say that is quite a statement. I was able to see the service area which now has an express, no-appointment-necessary availability. The receptionist there was friendly even though I was just passing through. The service area is spotless and spacious and will make servicing my new Rogue a breeze! I have purchased three cars from Bridgewater Nissan and will continue to do so as long as they are around. I don't know why anyone would ever get a Nissan vehicle anywhere else. More

I was referred to this dealership by my cousin. She said that she had a great car buying experience here so I decided to give it a whirl. My suggestion to the dealership would be to spend a little more time with the buyer trying to explain the car and make sure everything is done and the car is ready to be driven off the lot. I felt a little rushed when I bought my new car and the salesman was going over things a little too quick. Other than that, I am extremely happy with my purchase from this dealership and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. More

Had a very pleasant experience buying from Bridgewater Nissan. I purchased a used Subaru WRX from the dealership and it was the easiest process I have ever had buying a car. I live about two hours away from the dealership so I wanted to discuss price of the model and value of my trade via email so that I didn't waste my time. Many dealerships will not do this but Vince was great. He answered all of my questions quickly. We discussed price of the car and he gave me an estimate on my trade which he confirmed once they saw my car. We had the numbers worked out before I arrived, Vince had the car clean and ready for a test drive as well as a lot of the paper work already started. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and if they had another used vehicle I was interested in in the future I would return. More
