First time I talk to Jonathan of Bright Bay Mazda was first week of August 2013. Price for "2014 Mazda CX-5 Sport (2.0L 4-cyl. AWD 6-speed Automatic) with Bluetooth Audio Package" was finalized for $24, first week of August 2013. Price for "2014 Mazda CX-5 Sport (2.0L 4-cyl. AWD 6-speed Automatic) with Bluetooth Audio Package" was finalized for $24,112.00 (including Destination Charges), but does not including Taxes of 8.625% - $2,079.66, Registration $75.00, Tire deposit $12.50 and $10.00 Inspection fee. I was very happy that I'm getting a good price and the dealership people were okay at that time. Finally I picked up the CX-5 today (8/12/2013) and the Business Manager Lou Serra charged me $338.96 extra over the price I was told by Jonathan the sales person. After quickly showing me the invoice Lou Serra ran out of the room. As I was prepared with all the charges, Lou’s figures didn’t look correct. There was charge of $190, which Lou misleads me and said it is the Plates. And charge of $148.96 was under Reconditioning. Could anyone tell me what is reconditioning charge, because Lou didn't tell me? More
