I went to this dealership to see a specific car that I saw My experience at Bright Bay Mazda in Bay Shore, Long Island, New York was a positive one. I went to this dealership to see a specific car that I saw on the internet. I was fortunate that I was assigned to Christopher Lico, Sales Consultant. Christopher greeted me and offered his assistance. After informing Christopher which car I was interested in purchasing, he promptly brought me out to the lot to see the vehicle. I found the car to be exactly as it was described. Christopher explained the features of the vehicle. After a test drive, I decided to make the purchase. Christopher asked when I wanted to take ownership of the vehicle. Upon the agreed date and time, the car was prepped, my insurance was in place, the inspection and the temporary registration sticker were on the windshield, and I was ready to go. I can honestly say that my decision to purchase this vehicle was due to the professionalism and expertise of Christopher Lico. Great Experience !! Had an issue with the drivers window in my 2014 CX9 from the day I bought it. I had taken the car back to numerous dealers for years with no answers. Had an issue with the drivers window in my 2014 CX9 from the day I bought it. I had taken the car back to numerous dealers for years with no answers. Just recently I could not get the window up or down, so I stopped in to Bayshore Mazda. Loraine Keach from service came out and took a look at it. She went back in and talked to the Service Director, Kenneth Gaynor. They got in touch with Mazda because the car was 8 months out of warranty, In a flash I had a loaner car and parts were ordered to finally fix my car. Thank you Ken and Lorraine, for being understanding, friendly, & knowledgeable !! More
