I bought a vehicle from Brighton Ford and have returned for service three times since, once for service and twice for recalls. The first time I had a sick grandchild and told them. The tech decide to take my vehicle for his lunch break. My GPS showed it was parked several miles south of Brighton Ford and had been there for 35 minutes. The last time for a recall I was told that if I had my vehicle to them by 5/26 I would have it back by 6/1. When called on 6/1, I was told it would not be ready until 6/6 or 6/7. When I called on 6/7, I was told that they did not know my vehicle had been at their shop for the past 2 weeks and they had not started on it. Still no idea when I get it back. 0 stars. More
Bought a brand new F-150. By 4,500 miles our truck had burned through so much oil that the pistons were slapping. A brand new truck already damaged before the first oil change. Even corporate refused to fix it. They bought it back at a loss to us and listed it for sale without fixing anything. I will never buy a Ford again. More
As a buying customer DOOOOOOOO NOOOOOT purchase a viechle warranty from Brighton Ford. They will do anything in there power to not release my warranty to Lincoln it's all about money with them I said I don't warranty from Brighton Ford. I finally got my car back after 3 weeks later, less than a week later my car says service system fault my car won't go into gear Lincoln are good cars mine was great until I took to Ford if I was able to take it to Lincoln it would have been fix properly and I would have had my car in less than a week. This would be the only Ford dealership i would recommend when buying a truck or car. Don't waste your time dealing with the ford network within Denver, sales people don't care about building any type of rel when buying a truck or car. My car was just in for service with ford I know it took time but they made sure I was good to go. My car runs so much better now feels brand new again. I have had this car for 3 years my first car I paid f time but they made sure I was good to go. My car runs so much better now feels brand new again.
