I have purchased 5 cars from Brilliance. I live in Gurnee and it is worth the drive. Every time I go there Warren remembers me and greets me with respect. This last time I purchased a used Sequoia. I was worried about buying used however, Warren, assured me he would always take care of me. I am so happy with my purchase. I am so glad I listened to him. He is wonderful. He has even came over to my house, picked up my car for service, gave me his personal car, and then brought back my truck cleaned and all service taken care of. How can you ask for anything more. It is so nice to get your car back super clean. He has gone way above and beyond any manager at a car dealership should. I will call him for all my car needs. If you treat him with respect he will treat you the same way. Finance was great too. No pressure, I did buy a warranty though because honestly, it is a car that can break down. How could you not. Their prices were fair and even my credit union couldn't beat their price on a warranty. Thank you Dave Neilson. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is needing a car new or used. Never I repeat never go to this dealer. They lie, they are rude, and if you disagree with them will get in your face and scream at you. I live in Indiana 140 miles away from brilliance. I had found a used truck they had listed on auto trader. I was interested and started dealing over the phone and thru email with a salesman named Vince. At first Vince was very helpful. He sent me pictures and everything I asked for. Being that I lives so far away I told Vince I wanted to know of any major defects or rust on the body. He went out and said he looked the truck over and called me back saying the truck looked great. He did add that all used trucks will have little imperfections such as small dents and scratches. Which I knew that. So I drive over there with my wife and three year old son. The truck was parked out front ready for us to test drive. I met Vince and came out to test drive I did a walk around the truck. When I came to the drivers side rear fender I saw a softball size rust spot. As I walked around the passenger side I saw all along the bottom of the door there was rust. Vince proceeds to tell us about how their tech guys give every car a 150 point inspection. My wife asked him when I asked him to check the truck out if he had actually came out and looked at the truck. He of course said yes. So my wife asked Vince why he did not tell me about the rust. Looking for words Vince finally spit out that I never asked about rust. I stepped in and reminded him that I asked about the rust and any major defects. He then informed me he did not consider that a major defect. My wife then said that we wanted another salesman because she didn't want to deal with Vince any more. Vince then got mad and said fine and stormed off into the dealership. Ten minutes later Warren Chow comes out acting like he was going to fix everything. We explained everything and he proceeded to tell us that all used cars have little imperfections. Which I explained I under stand that, but that big of a rust spot is more than a imperfection. Then my wife started to say how we drove 140 miles for a lie and Warren went off. He got in my pregnant wife's face and was yelling about what lies, that they did nothing wrong. He then told us to get off his property. We of course demanded to talk to a manager and he started yelling again. "YOU WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE? COME ON IN WE WILL TALK." So we walked into the dealership. Warren took us to an office and rudely told us to sit down. We said we would stand. He then told a lady to call the police to have us removed. I was like what the heck, you told us to come in. Warren then told us to not do this in his showroom. By this time we had enough and left. So now we are contacting the local BBB. We also contacted Honda Corporate and the lady we spoke to said this wasn't the first complaint about them. Also we are going to contact our lawyer about sueing them for expenses on travel and things over there. I have all my receipts. Please people read all the negative reviews about this place. Save yourself the head ache and go somewhere else. More

We stopped in at the dealer when we only had a few minutes just to sit in the style car we were interested in..the salesman(Max Ring) was very polite and not overly agressive when we said we had to ru minutes just to sit in the style car we were interested in..the salesman(Max Ring) was very polite and not overly agressive when we said we had to rush(contrary to other experiences we have had) A few days later we returned and Max was very helpful in helping us select the vehicle we wanted. Although there were not a lot of the CRV models he was very patient and informative in trying to find one that would fit our needs. We had our Protection coating applied a couple of days later and the service department was very efficient and polite. It was a positive experience overall and we are l;ooking forward to having our service and maintenance done at this dealership. More

I really liked how hard everyone worked to get my car financed. It was a little older and I just got out of bankruptcy.
