I am a female right out of school and making my first car purchase seemed daunting. I had done all the research before so I knew what numbers to expect and what my budget was. All I can say was that Brilliance Honda put the articles to rest made it ENJOYABLE to shop for a new vehicle! Darrell Herbert was my sales rep and he was absolutely superb. He worked with me and my numbers and I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted and stay within my budget. I almost walked out at 3 different times during the sale, but Darrell was the best and seemed to really care about getting me into the car I wanted. I was recommended Max from my father-in-law as he had dealt with him in the past. I called in advance and talked about what I was looking for. I arrived at Brilliance and everything was set to go, car dealt with him in the past. I called in advance and talked about what I was looking for. I came to the dealer without an appointment on Thursday, May 19th and met with found the experience as a whole to be low-pressure and business-like. I came to the dealer without an appointment on Thursday, May 19th and met with an instantly likeable salesman, Max Ring. I advised Max of what I was looking to test drive (2012 Civic LX automatic) and we were off within minutes for a thorough/in-depth test drive/evaluation. Max was very knowledgeable about the 2012 Civic and straightforward in his answers. By the end of the day, I had a solid quote for the entire transaction that was more than fair and put down a down payment that afternoon by phone (Something I rarely do on a new car purchase). I picked up the car yesterday (May 21st) after a dealer locate was done, and it exceeded my expectations. This dealership had a good atmoshpher from the moment i talked to them on the phone. We set something up right away where i could come in and test drive which happened to be the day i purchased.
