She provided us with brochures for the models we were interested in and brought out 2 cars for us to test drive that were the exact color and model with everything we wanted on them. She explained all the new features in both cars and answered all our questions. She even had us drive down bumpy roads (as well as smooth) so we could see how each car handled. We were very pleased with her service and her efforts to give us a reasonable deal on the car we chose. More
