This is my second time buying from Brilliance Honda, both times I have met with Robert and I must say my experience with him has been absolutely amazing. He is not that person that is forcing you to make a d times I have met with Robert and I must say my experience with him has been absolutely amazing. He is not that person that is forcing you to make a decision quick, he explains everything very clear so that I I as the buyer know what I am getting and paying for my vehicle of choice. My experience with him has been so good that I even brought in my 2 sisters to also come buy a car from him and still a great experience with Robert. Im still working on convincing the rest of my family to come and buy a vehicle from Robert. Not to mention sales manager Warren and Dan from finance great people to meet and work because they ensure that you are happy with what you are getting. Not a single complaint all good and positive experiences here at Brilliance Honda. I highly recommend that you come here and buy from them and be sure to ask for Robert, he is a great person to work with. My first time I purchased from them I met with Vince from finance and he was also a great person to work with. I ended up purchasing a 24 Honda CRV Sport Touring and I must say it was the best decision I have taken. Great vehicle to buy ! More

Robert Calhoun is a great salesman. Great follow through and communication. Dan Schmidt was great in the finance department as well. I came in today to look at the 2021 TLX and was assigned to rob coulhoun. He is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever worked with in my life. Seems like everything I ask regaurding the car was a big to rob coulhoun. He is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever worked with in my life. Seems like everything I ask regaurding the car was a big chore for him, he would smack his lips and have a xxxxy attitude. The car I looked at was a 35k car with missing decals so I requested if the place can put new ones on and he made it seem like it was such a unreasonable request. When the deal didn't go through he legit through my cars keys back at me and got really aggressive. I responded by telling him to get out of my face while he was trying to engage me in a altercation while in the middle of the sales floor. He needs to work on his customer service while in this field. All that cause the numbers didn't work out for me? For him to act that way I felt was totally unprofessional. This happened around 3/4 pm today in the main entrance. I'm sure if you look at the cameras it would show how unprofessional he was. You lost a sale because of his unprofessionalism More
