Robert was one of the most helpful cars salesman we’ve ever met. Robert asked us immediately what our budget was, found the car we wanted (a Ford) and we immediately loved the car. He made sure to keep the payments right at what we asked and we couldn’t be more greatful. We talked with the finance manager (Darrell) and was able to adjust the price/interest rate to get us where we wanted to be + an extended warranty. Upon owning the car for a week we discovered it had a safety feature that was set from the previous owner. We couldn’t turn it off as it was hard coded and since it wasn’t a Honda car the dealership couldn’t either. Instead, they offered for us to go to Ford and we would get reimbursed for the job. A total of a 5 minute conversation and a few hand shakes and no headaches and we got the perfect car. Paying the perfect price and nothing but a good experience to top it off. More
