Max in sales likely deserves 5 stars, but... and have no idea about service, based on this first 3 months with a new 2019 and their federal and state paperwork failures and attitude...I wont be back, except idea about service, based on this first 3 months with a new 2019 and their federal and state paperwork failures and attitude...I wont be back, except to serve notice for lawsuit and subpoena documents and testimony. your dealership fails to do this, register the transfer with the IL SoS records... and then 4 months later I receive violation for registration, and overdue charges and fees for the same, and now collections.... hmmm... for a car I traded to you and you sold but did not file with the SoS. do you think I am a happy customer? and your mgr response... telling me not their problem...takes the cake.... see my complaint with the FTC, BBB, and IL SoS... I hope they fine or sanction your dealership... meanwhile it seems this will require legal action against your dealership to settle the issue with the violation for a vehicle I traded to you almost 4 months earlier!
