Best Car buying experience EVER! I purchased a 2018 CR-V EX from Brilliance in Crystal Lake. There are at least 6 dealers closer to my home. My brother and sister-in-law purchased 2 v I purchased a 2018 CR-V EX from Brilliance in Crystal Lake. There are at least 6 dealers closer to my home. My brother and sister-in-law purchased 2 vehicles from them last year and recommended this dealer. So...I drove out there expecting the same run-around routine I have always dealt with at dealers. What a pleasant surprise! My salesman Jeremy was so nice and super helpful, a real no pressure straight-up kind of gentleman. I traded in a vehicle and got a fair price on that too. Then I saw the finance man...I figured this is where it gets ugly. Wrong again!! Darrell was super nice too! He was efficient and explained options for warranties etc (no pressure). He was able to beat the finance rate offered to me by my credit union too. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a pleasant, smooth car shopping experience. Super impressed!!! The salesman was more than accommodating in that regard. He was nice enough to get me a rough estimate on how much it would cost for me to purchase the car. I left, kind of on the fence about the car. When to test drive another car from another dealer and found they where doing it so much different than Brilliance. I enjoyed my experience at Brilliance, I tolerated the other dealership. From start to finish the staff was kind, helpful, and easy to work with. More

We looked at other vehicles and worked with other dealerships. The other dealerships were pressuring us and sending emails to us as soon as we left their lot. We didn't have this at Brilliance. This was the second time we have visited Brilliance. The previous time we did not end purchasing a vehicle from them but the good experience lasted and we were drawn to go back and see them again The staff at Brilliance was friendly and great to work with.
