Overall great experience with Brillance again. My family has bought two previous Accords from Brillance. I ended up having to order a new 2013 Accord from the factory since the trim level and color I wanted has bought two previous Accords from Brillance. Max kept me up to date on when the car was being made and when it would arrive. It even arrived earlier than expected. Max was very friendly and wasn't pushy or overbearing like salesmen at other dealerships. Being my first new car, Max seemed to understand this and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Brillance was willing to match a lower interest rate I was offered somewhere else (they actually gave me an even lower rate). The final price was a little more than I wanted, but I think I got a pretty good value overall for the features the car has and the extras I added . Max was willing to knock down the price on some accessories to get closer to the price I had in mind. I would highly recommend Brillance Honda. More
