Best Car Buying Experience I came in this past Monday to test drive the Forester and potentially trade in my 2013 Impreza. I had purchased my Impreza brand new from another Suba I came in this past Monday to test drive the Forester and potentially trade in my 2013 Impreza. I had purchased my Impreza brand new from another Subaru dealer in the area and wasn't happy with the car buying experience I originally had with them. I came in and Phil got a Forester warmed up for me to test drive. After the test drive I knew I wanted to get the Forester and really no negotiations were even necessary because they gave me a better offer than the number I had actually come up with as a good price from all my research and pricing from other dealers. Brilliance actually offered the lowest pricing out of the 4 other Subaru dealers I was getting pricing from. They also gave me a good trade in on my old car which I was happy about. Phil was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all my questions and all the rest of the staff was very nice too. The dealership has a very laid back, relaxing feel which was great and I will definitely be taking my car here to get serviced as well. All in all, I was very please with my car buying experience and everyone here made it so easy. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and I would recommend Phil as well. He was a pleasure to work with and was a great guy. My uncle purchased a car from him when the dealership first opened a few weeks ago and recommended I work with him and I'm glad he did. Thanks Brilliance, I love my new Forester! More
